Butyl Rubber Glue Headlight Sealant

Recommended for Aftermarket projector retrofit installation.

Main informations:
1. One roll contains 6m of butyl glue size 5mm x 6mm
2. Butyl glue is resistant to water, humidity, weather conditions and UV radiation.
3. Color: black

The glue is flexible and can be freely shaped, shortened and stretched to obtain the required diameter and shape.
How to use: Clean and degrease the surface to be glued. Apply the required amount of glue into the gutter, heat the lampshade with a heat gun or oven (130 ° C for 7 minutes), press the lampshade, the excess can be easily removed.

Our Butyl type is a universal sealing material that is ideal in the following applications
    Doors card membranes
    Sealing headlights
    Sealing seams and joints on vehicles
    Reduce rattles and seal panels
    High adhesion to metal, plastic and glass
